Always highly recommended. The Sunday brunch is always Gönnjamin ?

Long waiting times. Always new / changing operations. We had to wait almost an hour for our drink. When asked, we were turned on. Lunch break. Waited 45 minutes without being served, instead the tables were cleaned or chatted with colleagues at the counter. Will rather go to other restaurants in Heilbronn to eat / drink.

Friendly, courteous, clean, top service staff

Because of the prawns, I ordered the Asia salad. Unfortunately there were only 5 prawns on the plate. The taste is okay, but be careful not to lose your teeth because of the glass noodles. Totally hard, they are tough rather than crispy. 3 stars for the ambience and the friendly service.

Had reservations yesterday at 9:00 am for a birthday and a surprise planned. When we arrived no employee had a key from the store and the day was over .... Something like that doesn't work.

First things first, I liked the food. It took a while, however. The cleanliness was okay too. The service at our table was poor and rude. A cocktail recommendation is missing because it was simply forgotten - NoGo!

We visited on Sundays at 6 p.m. Something was going on, but not completely full. After about 30 minutes we were asked if we would like to drink something. Ordering food was a little difficult because we had chosen things that were unfortunately no longer in the freezer. After much deliberation, we ordered schnitzel. When the meal came one thing was wrong, but pulling it off without an apology is not the way I expected. Food was below average. Worst of all, however, we found the hygiene and odor nuisance of the toilets. The extreme smell alone in the corridor to the toilets is actually unreasonable. And in the toilets, both men and women, it looked incredible. And within 2 hours nothing was done here either. No go. In the past, when the Alwx was still 2 floors and busy, it was always great. Meanwhile, that no longer works. Service not good, food no longer delicious, atmosphere and cleanliness no longer available. Too bad.

It was a great evening, drinks and food were very good. But above all the staff was very friendly and personable, especially our waitress Hally, she gave us a great evening.

Mega nice place. Highly recommended. Hot drinks taste good. Only chocolate cake with marzipan was not so, but our fault ? the service was super nice. Very clean and hygienic. Gladly again

Friday evening, 9:30 p.m. The Alex was not even half full, the management can certainly see this in the registered sales. Operation, probably the shift management was very unfriendly, any standards imposed by the company were skilfully ignored. We were also not served, let alone order something. The reason: We hadn't made a reservation :) and the guests who had made a reservation are given preferential treatment. It’s like being a host, if the shift management cannot live up to the role model function, the whole service suffers including the brand name.

Cocktails were really great, at the end only found out that it was happy hour and then got even cheaper. The service was really friendly, nice and extremely competent for a long time. Was there for the first time and asked me why I haven't been there more often ...

Friendly customer service. Spacious, yet cozy location. Usually takes a little bit of time to be served. Good food, especially the desserts :) Can't really recommend most of the house drinks like cocktails, lemonades, iced teas etc. as refreshments to your meal though, they tend to be really sweet.

I and my friends ran into the restaurant and were immediately shouted at by an employee because we forgot to wear our masks, they could have just told us that normally, instead they shone so loudly that the other guests noticed that too. Such behavior is just outrageous, me and my friends left immediately. If I could I would give zero stars!

Atmosphere is really good. Well attended but not crowded. Conditions are courteous. Food wonderfully arranged and very tasty. Especially the baked potatoes with curd cheese and the steak is good. Portions a bit too big.

I was here with my boyfriend, daughter and granddaughters! Food and drinks, as well as the staff just top notch. I will visit Alex again.

I can only recommend it. We had 3 different hot dishes and everything was perfect, delicious and sufficient. Service super nice and attentive. Prices great. We will definitely be back!

Good food, nice interior design friendly staff. Outside seating feels like it was made for smokers only - big ashtrays on all tables I saw.

Hmmmm.... I mean it's not bad though. But at same time, not good. The proportion is too small! Fries are way too salty!!!!
